The plate is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1800s. The plate has fancy ornate designs, flowers, and scrollwork. The scroll work designs are raised as well as being imprinted. There is an English manufacturers marking on the back with a crown. It is marked on the two sides as follows: JOHN A. ANDREWS & CO.
