This is a Ritepoint mechanical pencil from St. Louis, Missouri. The pencil has a gold colored tip that is probably brass. It has a variegated tan or beige center section with advertising. The other end appears to be black, and there is a brass pocket clip. It is marked as follows: SERVICE
