This folder and black & white photo are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. It is not marked with any advertising and the location or store that it was taken is unknown. The photo has an image of Santa Claus with a young girl in her winter coat and hat. The colorful cover of the paper folder has a toy train with dolls It is marked as follows:

To judge the sizes the closed folder measures about 6-3/8'' x 8''. It appears to be in near mint condition as pictured.
