This resembles an early Cracker Jack paper premium. It has a slotted sleeve that goes over a card that has two images. When the sleeve is moved the other picture appears. This is an early version of a flicker item. The first image is that of a caterpillar on a leaf and the second is of a butterfly flying. This is Nr.2 as printed on the front.
