They are not marked and the maker is also unknown. They are made of silver and gold colored metals. (17) of then are marked “FOEVER * FRIENDS *" or “FRIENDS * FOREVER *”. (16) of the rings have (5) black hearts on each). These are surely made for children as they are not adjustable and the opening is only 5/8'' wide. They would make great party favors or gumball machine prizes. All of these for one price! These metal rings measure from about 11/16'' to 3/4'' wide. They appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured.
