Roger Wilco Candy Candy Bar Premium Prize Brass Toy Ring Glow in the Dark Advertising Radio Television TV Character

The picture shows two views of this 1948 Roger Wilco Candy Bar Premium Brass Magni Ray Toy Ring. The ring is believed to have been a 1948 mail away premium from Powerhouse Candy Bars. You would send in a wrapper and 25 cents. The ring is made of brass. It has a hinged top with a clear center that opens. Inside is a glow in the dark paper that still glows! Each side has a shield with three stars and stripes. The ring is not marked. To judge the size the ring measures 3/4'' tall. It appears to be in excellent condition with its luster as pictured. There are some light bends to the adjusible bands and some spotting on the paper inside as pictured.
