The picture shows a view of this Old Oakley Country Club Advertising Emblem Medallion. The back side is blank except for some old glue. We believe that this once was attached to a trophy or award from the Oakley Country Club. It has the year (1898) that the club was established or founded, but we do not know when the medallion is from. It is old. The medallion is made of a silver colored or plated metal. The Oakey Country Club is near Boston in Watertown, Massachusetts. The emblem has an acorn in the center with a wreath. It is marked as follows:

OAKLEY COUNTRY CLUB
1898

The medallion measures 15/16'' wide. It appears to be in excellent to near mint used condition as pictured.
