| | | | The picture shows this Old Yankee Division Veterans Convention Guest Ribbon Medal. Beginning at the top there is a metal "GUEST" pin. Hanging from it is a red/white/blue ribbon. Hanging from the ribbon is a medallion that has a raised image of a World War I Soldier holding a torch inside of a wreath. There is also a "YD" emblem and an eagle with spread wings. The medal reads: GUEST
