| | | | The picture shows the Old 5 & Dime Store Toy Novelty Items in this lot. There is a package with 4 of 6 (two are missing) Musical Cigarettes. These are made with a whistle in the filter section. Years earlier these same whistle cigarettes were used as Cracker Jack prizes in the boxes but were recalled because of children choking on the whistles. There is a graphic header card and a small opening at the top where the two missing ones were removed. Next is an old unopened package of two Clown Rubber Erasures. The clowns have colorful applied paper and cloth outfits. This one also has a colorful header card. This one is in mint condition. To judge the sizes the whistle cigarettes measure 2-3/4" long. |
