It has a 50 star American flag, so it it would be from after 1959. The homefront sweetheart buckle was probably purchased by a Sailor or Soldier for their girlfriend. has a nice detailed background design with an enameled American flag, two hearts with an arrow, and the name ''ANGIE''. It is marked as follows: ANGIE
