| | | | The picture below shows a larger front and back view of this Old Cracker Jack Checkers & Angelus Marshmallows Advertising Toy Prize 6'' Folding Ruler. This folding ruler or rule is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1920s. The number for this prize was z-0084 or z-0085. It is made of thick paper with black print, and a metal rivet. Normally, on the back, would be a Cracker Jack or Checkers box pictured, and advertising for Cracker Jack or Checkers, and Angelus Marshmallows. This one was simply made blank, either at less cost or possibly an error. The straightened ruler obviously measures 6'' long. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. There is a crease at the 7/8'' mark. |
