The picture shows both sides of this 1922 Advertising Premium 100th Anniversary Letter Opener. The scans aren't very good because of the glare coming off the bright shiney surface. It is made of steel with gold or brass plating on the handle. On one side of the letter opener there is an etched geometric and floral pattern design with what looks like two cat heads. The other side is engraved with the following words:

A STOWELL & CO INC
1822 - 1922
JEWELERS. BOSTON.
100th ANNIVERSARY.

It measures 8-7/8" x 5". It is in very good condition but could use a cleaning or polishing.
