These are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1950s. They were a mail away premium from KOOL cigarettes. This cute penguin couple are made of black plastic with yellow, red, and white painted features. They have their original stoppers in the bottom. They have their names “WILLIE” and “MILLIE” on their chest. The bottoms are marked as follows: F & F MOLD & DIE WORKS
