The picture shows a view of this 1930s Cracker Jack Advertising Fortune Telling Tin Toy Prize. This prize is not dated but it is from the 1930s. It is spinning dial prize that is made of lithographed tin. There is a paper version that was made of this prize as well. It pictures Sailor Jack and his dog Bingo with a crystal ball on a Cracker Jack Mystery Club box. What you would do is spell out your name with the alphabet around the edge and read your fortune in the die cut area. The back is clean and blank. It is marked on the front as follows:

JACK THE SAILOR BOY SAYS TO SPELL YOUR NAME
AND READ YOUR FORTUNE
MADE IN U.S.A.

The prize measures 1-3/4'' wide. It is in excellent condition with some light wear from use as pictured.
