The ad is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s. The book is titled ''Commander Rigby's Flying Models of Jet and Rocket Planes''. What is being offered in the ad is a book filled with (10) airplanes to cut out, build and fly. As a bonus, offered is a premium wrist compass with each book that was ordered. It was probably found inserted in an old model kit box. There is one horizontal fold as made. It measures 7-1/4'' x 6-3/8''. It appears to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured. |
