| The picture below shows a larger view of all (116) Old Boston and Maine Railroad Advertising Paper Items in this lot. Some of these items are dated but all of them are believed to be from the 1940s and 1950s.Most if not all of these were from a railroad employee. Included in this lot are the following: There are (13) 1955 employee payroll stubs. These are from September 1955 to December 1955. They were all for the same person ad the information is filled in. There are (3) old ticket stubs. The smaller one was a September 12th, 1938 passenger ticket stub from Lawrence to Boston, Massachusetts. The (2) larger ones are auto parking tickets for night parking at 150 Causeway Street in Boston, Massachusetts. One is dated January 14, 1941. These two were from a scrap book. One has some paste on the back and the other is still attached to paper from the scrapbook page. The other (100) items are all identical unused paper pages. These are note pages for a Boston and Maine Railroad Conductor to report defects on railroad cars in passenger trains. All of these for one price! To judge the sizes the payroll stubs each measure 7-1/4'' x 3''. These items appear to range from excellent to mint unused condition as pictured. |
