The color separations and the proof placemat measure about 14-1/4'' x 11-1/4''. These are in good condition as pictured. Some of the black layer had transfered on to the layer below it. If the layers are left together it doe not look bad. The placemat art reads as follows:

On Friday, April 11, 1986, McDonald's¨ will showcase 25 of the best high school senior athletes in the country in the 9th annual McDonald's ¨ All American High School Basketball Game.¨
Former McDonald's All Americans include: Magic Johnson, Isiah Thomas, Mark Aguirre, Sam Perkins, Pat Ewing, James Worthy, and Michael Jordan, just to name a few.
The selection of these gifted young athletes as McDonald's¨ All Americans is based on more then just basketball skills alone. A player's level of academic excellence and involvement in community service are also important. The All American team is for those who have set high goals for themselves both on and off the court.
All proceeds from the game will be donated to the United Negro College Fund.
So, see the college and NBA stars of tomorrow on Friday, April 11th at Joe Louis Arena in Downtown Detroit. It's a game you'll never forget
