The picture below shows a larger view of this Unused ©1943 Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection C. Carey Cloud International Morse Code Signal Paper Prize. Artist and Designer C. Carey Cloud was a prize Designer for Cracker Jack from 1937 to the early 1960s. He had designed hundreds of prizes throughout the depression, World War II and beyond. The novelty toy prizes were made of mainly tin or paper before and after WWII, paper during this time because of war shortages, and mostly of paper and injection molded plastic after the war. The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize was Z-1020. When folded the white dot would show through the hole to send signals and on the back is the International Morse Code of dots and dashes for letters and numbers. The prize unfolded as pictured measures about 6-7/16'' x 1-7/8''. It appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured.
