The picture shows a view of this Unused Metal Bullet Shaped Secret Compartment Key Chain With Vial Bottle. This keychain is not dated or marked. The silver colored metal bullet unscrews and holds the vial bottle pictured in the top section. We would guess that it would be used for emergency pills or other medicine, but you could use it for what ever small item you wish. It is not a real bullet, just made to look like one. To judge the size the bullet section measures about 2-1/4'' long. It appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured.
