There is a ©1978 4rpm record with the sleeve. Side A is “LIVE FREE OR DIE” and side B is “KEEP NEW HAMPSHIRE NO 1” GOVERNOR MELDRIM THOMSON, JR.. The sleeve or cover pictures the Governor on one side and a Live Free or Die New Hampshire Governor license plate on the other.

There is an unused sticker that reads:

THOMSON MEANS JOBS
SHEILA ROBERGE, FISCAL AGENT

Next is a small paper sheet with (4) unused bright “Hot Dots” vinyl reflective stickers. The back reads:

REMOVE BACKING AND WEAR ON ALMOST ANYTHING!
HOT DOTS REFLECT AUTO HEADLIGHTS.
GOVERNOR THOMSON’S HIGHWAY SAFETY PROGRAM

The remaining (13) items included here are all tin political campaign pinback buttons. There are several different varieties and a few different sizes. They are marked as follows:

All sixteen of these items for one price! To judge the sizes, the record sleeve measures about 7-1/8'' x 7-1/4''. These items appear to range from excellent to mint condition as pictured.

Meldrim Thomson, Jr. (March 8, 1912 - April 19, 2001) was a Republican who served three terms as Governor of the U.S. state of New Hampshire from 1973 to 1979, during which time he became known as a strong supporter of conservative political values.
