Strangely there is no address or state listed on it. It may be from a location in Pennsylvania, but we do not know for certain. The cigarette ashtray is made of gold painted steel and it is imprinted in black. There are four slots for cigarettes. It is marked as follows: FARMERS TRUST CO. OFF MIDDLETOWN
