| | | | The picture shows a view of all (4) Colorful Old Borden Elsie The Cow Advertising Premium Toy Rings in this lot. These are believed to be from the mid 1950s when different cereal companies were having similar prize rings with characters inserted in the boxes. It is unknown how Borden offered these though, perhaps with their dairy products. Included are the colors: light gray, pink, yellow, and red. Each ring has an imprinted insert center that picture Elsie with a flower necklace.They are marked as follows: ELSIE
© THE BORDEN CO. To judge the sizes the ring tops each measure about 3/4'' x 5/8''. These are believed to be unused. They are in mint as made condition as pictured. There appears to be some small machinery defect on the top of a few of these from when they were made. This may have been from when the picture section was inserted. |
