The packaging states that there is a toy surprise inside, and it is under the flash light whistle. This is a store bought toy item licensed to use Cracker Jack's advertising, trade marks, and characters. If the package was opened, you would not know that the toy had anything to do with Cracker Jack. This is a difficult Cracker Jack toy to find. The blister pack package holds the flash light whistle. Batteries are NOT included. The whistle has a colorful space looking sticker on the side. It has a cardboard backing card with Cracker Jack advertising. It is marked as follows: CRACKER JACK ® FLASHLIGHT WHISTLE

MADE IN HONG KONG NO. 706? To judge the sizes the package backing card measures about 5'' x 7''. The toy flashlight whistle appears to be in mint condition and the packaging has some paper loss where a price sticker had been removed as pictured. |
