They feature Walt Disney with the animated dolls from ''It's A Small World'' coming from the Disneyland Sleeping Beauty Castle. The block has the numbered stamp sheet edges. The cover was postmarked in ''Rutland, Vermont'' on the opening day of the fair ''AG 31 PM 1969''. There is a penciled number ''1355'' at the top. The envelope is also marked as follows: 124th RUTLAND, VT. STATE FAIR
