| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of this Old Reed's Corner Store East Wakefield New Hampshire Color Photograph Slide. Reed's Corner Store was located at the corner of Acton Ridge Road and Province Lake Road in East Wakefield, New Hampshire. It operated as a convenience store and a gas station. This Kodak Kodachrome Transparency slide is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s. There is a sign with the store name under lights, above the door. Both lower windows with awnings have items displayed in the windows. Below the left window is a “COTT QUALITY BEVERAGES” sign. Next to the sign is an local Auction notice posted. The door frame has an advertising thermometer. On the right side the base of the gas pump and a car can be seen. There are two large milk cans by the steps. The slide measures 2'' x 2''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
