The pictures show a view of all (7) Small Old New England 5c & 10c or Department Store Advertising Paper Bags in this lot. These small paper bags are not dated but they are believed to be from the early 1900s. They are small bags that may have held a souvenir or postcards when originally used. Each of these were saved and used to hold saved money by a frugal person at one time. The bags each have penciled writing on them for that they were saving for and an ongoing tab amount in cents saved we believe (see below). The bags measure about 5'' x 7-1/2''. They appear to vary in condition with some wear and tear as pictured. The pencil writing can be erased, but that will be up to he buyer to decide. In the order pictured, the paper bags are marked on the two sides (in print and writing) as follows:
