We do not see a date, but we would guess that this is from the late 1960s or early 1970s. It probably came with one of the toys or play sets. The brochure pictures many different toys and children playing with them. Sorry for the light glare in the pictures. The fully opened, two sided brochure measures 23-1/2'' x 4-3/8''.
