The picture below shows this Old Jackson Five Cereal Box Back Premium or Prize Paper Record. This 33-1/3 rpm record had come on the back of a 1970s Post Cereal box. It was from Motown.

It has the Jackson 5 pictured in psychedelic clothing with a young Michael Jackson in the front. Stamped in the circle section is #5. There are five songs listed:

1. ABC.
2. I Want You Back.
3. I'll Bet You.
4. Darling Dear
5. Maybe Tomorrow

The paper record measures about 5-1/2" wide. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured, but could be trimmed better.
