| | | | The picture shows a view of this 1933 Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal Printers Advertising Printing Block. This print block has a copper coated metal mounted on a wood block. This block would have been used by a Printer when they used to set the type for advertising or other print. This block would have been used for small advertisements in a newspaper, magazine, flyer, business cards, or any other ephemera paper printed. According to Kelloggs History, this particular cereal box design is from 1933. There is tiny print that can be read, but the larger text reads as follows: KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES

W. K. KELLOGG The print block measures 7/8'' x 1-1/4'' x 15/16''. It appears to be in mint as made condition as pictured. The white area at the lower right of the picture is just some fuzz from a display case. It is gone. |
