This airplane trading card is from a set of (24) cards that were created for prizes in Cracker Jack and Checkers popcorn confection boxes. The set consists of (9) cards of United States planes, (7) from England, (2) from China, (2) from Turkey, (1) from each Brazil, Yugoslavia, Spain, and Japan. The Cracker Jack ID number for this card is Z-1032. According to the back of the card, If you were unfortunate and could not get the series of cards in Cracker Jack boxes you could order the complete set for three package wrappers from Cracker Jack or Checkers and five cents to cover the postage cost. The airplane card measures about 4'' x 2-1/2''. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. |
