The location is unknown but it could be from New Jersey, but we do not know for sure. The front is imprinted celluloid and the back is tin. It has a slot in the back where a name, number, or photograph could be inserted to show through to the front. The pinback button type badge is imprinted in bright orange or read with black lettering and a black frame around the opening. It is marked as follows: PATTERSON STATE
