| | | | The picture shows the covers of all (3) Baseball Paperback Books in this lot. The first book "Baseball's Best Sluggers" is from 1979 and pictures Pete Rose on the cover. It contains stories on: Mike Schmidt, Jim Rice, Reggie Jackson, Rod Carew, Carl Yastrzemski, Pete Rose, Steve Garvey, Dave Parker, Lou Brock, and Johnny Bench. There are 128 pages with pictures. The second book "The Home Run Book" is from 1981 and pictures on the cover, baseball cards of: Reggie Jackson, Hank Aaron, Mike Schmidt, Mickey Mantle, and Willie Mays. Inside is 96 pages of stories and pictured of all the greatest baseball players including Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb and many, many others. The third book "The Wonderful World Series" is from 1979. It contains 160 pages of stories and pictures from many years of World Series Games. In the back is charts of games played from 1903 - 1978. All three books are in excellent condition with light wear. The ones on the left and right have school stamps on the inside. |
