The back is marked: "SWISS MADE - MEMO PARK - PATENTS PENDING". It has a useful key chain on a rivited strap. This timer has thousands of uses including cooking, phone conversations, timing tests, etc., etc., but what I had used it for was to time my parking meter. You’ll know how much time you have left and maybe you’ll never get another parking ticket. It measures 3-1/2" tall with the strap and key ring. It will easily fit in any pocket.
