The picture shows a view of this Old Unused Joke Novelty $100 Dollar Bill Printed Toilet Paper. This old roll is believed to be from the 1970s, but the bills are dated 1999-1/2. They picture oil wells and an ''OLE BIG SHOT'' man with a cigar in the center. It is also marked as follows:

100
TENDER CERTIFICATE
THIS CERTIFIES THERE ARE I.O.U.'s ON DEPOSIT IN
THE GREAT LAND OF INFLATION
THIS NOTE IS NOT LEGAL BUT THE PAPER IS TENDER
IOU 100 PDQ
I. M. RICH PRESIDENT
I. SWINDLE TREASURER
OLE BIG SHOT
ONE HUNDRED FILTHY LUKERS

The old roll measures about 4-1/4'' x 3-5/8''. It appears to be in excellent condition with some light age discoloration on the ends as pictured.
