| | | | The pictures below shows larger top and side views of all (4) 1930s Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Embossed Tin Metal Toy Prize Whistles in this lot. All four of these whistles have embossed rings on the sides. There were other similar versions. The two larger ones have a charm loop to hang on a chain or string. The bottom left one is marked “JAPAN” and the bottom right one is marked “MADE IN GERMANY”. These have the Cracker Jack ID number Z-0196. All but the “JAPAN” one are believed to be from Friedi. W. Linz of Germany. All four of these whistles for one price! To judge the sizes, the bottom right one measures about 1-7/16'' long. They appear to be in good to excellent used condition as pictured. The bottom right one has a hole in one side, as made to allow a second tone to be blown. |
