The picture shows this Old Candy Bar Wrapper Lithographer's Proof Sheet. It is not dated but judging by the candy bars it is believed to be from the 1920's or 1930's. There are printing details at the bottom of this glassine paper sheet. It was printed by the Shellmar Products Company of Chicago. The sheet has two rare candy bar wrappers printed on it. One is of an early OH HENRY! wrapper. The other is even a more difficult wrapper to find. It is of a Shotwell's Movie Star candy bar wrapper. This candy bar had come with a movie star picture trading card. They turn up occasionally, but not the rare wrapper. The sheet measures 8-9/16" x 12". It is in full bright color and is in near mint to mint condition. This would look great framed! The Shotwell Manufacturing Company was a strong competitor to the Cracker Jack Company.
