The pictures show views of this 1956 Mr. Peanut Advertising Premium Comic Book Magazine. Shown is the front and back covers and a few pages from inside. This ''Personal Story of Mr. Peanut'' is dated March 1, 1956. At one time it was inside a Junior Scholastic magazine. This (16) page booklet is in the format of a comic book. It celebrates the 50th anniversary of The Planters Nut & Chocolate Company.

It has the History of the company and many old images of Mr. Peanut inside. It pictures the packaging of many Planter's products and some of the many old premium items that could have been mailed away for including: a ''Presidents of The United States of America'' booklet, a Mr. Peanut Mechanical Pencil, a Mr. Peanut Coin Bank, a Mr. Peanut Drink Cup, and a Mr. Peanut Golden Nut Server Spoon. The magazine measures 7'' x 10''. It is in mint condition as pictured.
