The picture shows this Old Strong Man With Barbell Deterity Puzzle. The object is to get the barbell and the two small balls in their place on the picture. The center area is raised and I'm not sure if is supposed to be like that or not. It certainly makes the game harder. It is made of plastic & paper and reads:

Pat Pend. Elmar Products, N.Y.

The back is blank except the word "DANDY" in the center with a few rings. The year it was made is unknown. It measures 3" wide and is in excellent condition.
