The picture below shows a larger view of this 1930s Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Embossed Tin Toy Novelty Prize Screamer Whistle. This prize is not dated but it was made in 1930s. There are a few different Cracker Jack ID numbers for screamer whistles including: Z-0415 and Z-0545. These screamer whistles were made in several sizes and this is one of the medium sized versions. This one is unusual in that it is marked differently. It is embossed on the two sides as follows:

SCREAMER WHISTLE
ONE PENNEY

Obviously this one was marketed as a penny toy as well. This Screamer Whistle is made of two silver colored tin halves and they have a hole in each for air to pass through and whistle loudly. The toy prize whistle measures about 1-1/4'' x 7/16''. It appears to be in excellent used condition as pictured.
