| | | | The picture shows several views of this Old Enameled Metal Christian Religious Book Jewelry Charm. The charm is not dated but it is old. The front cover is enameled in dark blue with a design and it is marked ''ALBUM RELIGIEUX'' in French (translated to English is Religious Album). The back cover has a scroll work design. The charm appears to be made of brass. There are the two covers and two metal pages inside. there is a loop at the top and a clasp to old the book closed on the side. There are (6) small pictures inside. At least four of them are of Jesus Christ. The first two were stuck together in one spot. The small amount of missing paper from the right picture is on the left one. The second and third pictures are stuck together on one side. The fifth and sixth pictures are stuck together face to face. The images are unknown. With some care and patience all of these may be able to be separated and repaired. It may require soaking in water or a chemical, we do not know for sure. Not counting the loop or clasp, the closed book charm measures about 5/8'' x 3/4''. The pictures will need to be separated and repaired, but the charm appears to be in good condition with some small chips on the enameled cover as pictured. |
