The picture shows a view of both sides of this 1964 Fort Camden Revolutionary War Reenactment Medal. It appears to be made of bronze or brass. There are raised images of a cannon, cannon balls, two flags, and what looks like a layout of the fort. The two sides are marked as follows:

The medal or fob measures 1-3/16'' wide. It is in excellent condition as pictured.
