It pictures a Soldier in uniform with his rifle and a blue sky background. The picture below is a very close view. The blue dot pattern is not as obvious on the actual pinback. There is a paper insert in the back. It is marked on the two sides as follows: OVER THE TOP DAVID C. COOK PUBLISHING CO.
