The picture shows a view of all (6) 1920s Averill & Universal Talking Doll Cylinder Records in this lot. One is turned on its side to show the blue color record. All six are blue like the one shown. Until recently, these had been packed away in a dresser in storage since 1948. These old cylinder records were found with a few dolls but the dolls have already been sold. The dolls that they were with were believed to be Madame Hendron dolls. I am told that these will also work with a 1920s Mae Starr doll. They are marked as follows:

ONE, TWO
Universal Talking Toys Co.
Newark, N.J., U.S.A.

NOW I LAY ME
Averill Manufacturing Co.
New York City, U.S.A.

LONDON BRIDGE
Averill Manufacturing Co.
New York City, U.S.A.

LITTLE BOY BLUE
Averill Manufacturing Co.
New York City, U.S.A.

MOTHER HUBBARD
Averill Manufacturing Co.
New York City, U.S.A.

ROCK-A-BYE BABY
Averill Manufacturing Co.
New York City, U.S.A.

The cylinders each measure about 2-3/16'' wide x 1-1/4'' tall. They appear to be in excellent condition. Only one has a silvered finish on the metal end as pictured.
