The picture shows different views of this 1940 New York World's Fair Chrysler Motors 5 Star Show Exhibit Brochure. There is a picture of both sides unfolded as well as a picture fully opened. The large picture inside shows a color cut away view of their entire exhibit at the Fair. Their exhibit consisted of:

BAMBOO GROVE
TALKING PLYMOUTH
3-DIMENSIONAL MOVIES
ROCKET PORT
FROZEN FOREST

Plymouth De Luxe 4-Door Touring Sedan
Dodge Luxury Liner Coupe For Four
De Soto De Luxe 2-Door Touring Sedan
Chrysler Royal Six Passenger Sedan

Fully opened it measures 11-1/8" x 16-3/4". It is in near mint condition.
