The ruler is not dated but it is believed to be from the early 1900s. The folding rule is made up with three celluloid sections with metal rivets. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

The celluloid ruler measures 12'' x 1/2''. It appears to be in good used condition with some wear on sections as pictured. All of the print can be easily read on an angle in the light.
