The packaging states that there is a toy surprise inside, and it is between the plates in a prize wrapper. This is a store bought toy item licensed to use Cracker Jack's advertising, trade marks, and characters. If the package was opened, you would not know that the toy had anything to do with Cracker Jack. This is a difficult Cracker Jack toy to find. The blister pack package holds colorful plastic parts including a Birthday cake, (6) candles, (4) forks, (4) napkins, (4) plates, and (4) glasses or cups. The party playset has a cardboard backing card with Cracker Jack advertising. It is marked as follows: CRACKER JACK ® BIRTHDAY PARTY SET
