The picture shows a view of the covers of all (4) Different 1933 Play Mate Magazines For Boys and Girls in this lot. Included in this lot are the months of May, June, August, and October. These have colorful covers. These magazines are filled with activities such as coloring pages, stories, puzzles, games, sewing cards, contests, childrens letters and pictures, comic strips, poems, drawing, mazes, crafts, and much more.

For the May issue there is a boy and girl with bubble pipes blowing bubbles. The back has a (Lincoln Logs type) log cabin building kit for children for a year subscription.

The June issue has a circus scene with a boy, girl, and a dog. The back has an offer for (16) free balloons with a year subscription.

The August issue has three children playing under an umbrella in the sand at the beach with a pail & shovel. The back has an offer for two free books for a one year subscription.

The October issue has two children dressed in Halloween costumes (a Witch & a Clown) with a Jack-O-Lantern in the foreground. The back of this one has an offer for a free SPOT SHOT tin marble game for a one year subscription.

These each measure 5-7/8'' x 9''. These have been very well loved and are used. They are only in fair or poor condition with over all writing, coloring, creasing, wear and tear. The June issue has a loose front cover and a missing back cover.
