It is dated © November 1996. There is a short History on the back. The numbers #1-#5 were retained by the company owner. I received these low numbered cards because of my work with the company. I provided the image artwork for this card. Please see the available numbers below. The card measures 3-3/8" x 2-1/8". It is in mint unused condition.
