| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old Boxed Official Boy Scout Bookbinding Kit. We do not see a year on this kit but it is believed to be from the 1950s. There is a long list of materials inside the box cover. We do not know if the kit is complete or not, but the box is full of many different bagged materials for bookbinding. We do not see the bookbinding merit badge pamphlet that should be inside. The kit is from the Boy Scouts of America, National Supply Service Division of Chicago, Illinois, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and San Francisco, California. To judge the sizes the box measures 14'' x 10-1/2'' x 1-1/4''. The contents appear to be in mint unused condition. The box has some edge or corner wear from handling as pictured, and the cover or lid is a little indented. |
