It has a hole to be used as a charm, pendant or medallion. On one side there is a raised image of a willow tree in the center. The other side has a horse shoe. One side is in English and the other is an an Arabic or Middle Eastern language. The English side reads as follows: WHITE BROTHERS & COMPANY
